Jennifer Lopez’s reputation has been further tarnished after Meghan McCain, host of The View, shared her negative experience with the singer-actor on her podcast, Citizen McCain. McCain described Lopez as "deeply unpleasant" and a "diva," recounting the time Lopez appeared on The View.

McCain expressed her disappointment in Lopez's behavior, noting the large entourage Lopez brought along, which she claimed was even bigger than those accompanying Kim Kardashian and the president. McCain was puzzled by the need for such an entourage and described Lopez as not being nice, comparing her unfavorably to Kardashian, who McCain found to be more pleasant despite her fame.

“When you’re coming on a show for a ten-minute segment… just fake it till you make it for ten f------ minutes,” McCain said, emphasizing her frustration with Lopez's demeanor during her brief appearance on the show.

Additionally, McCain and her co-host Miranda Wilkins revealed that Lopez’s team had previously deleted their negative comments about her from the internet, but the comments have since been restored. Wilkins noted that they are currently "beefing" with Lopez due to the removal and subsequent restoration of the critical video.
