Gracie Abrams Fuels Breakup Rumors with Cryptic Comments

Gracie Abrams has sparked speculation about her rumored split from Paul Mescal with some cryptic remarks about relationships.

In a recent interview with Cosmopolitan, the That’s So True singer shared her thoughts on what a healthy relationship looks like, saying, "What I love about a healthy relationship is that your life doesn’t radically change. You just fit into each other in a way that feels positively challenging and deeply supportive—it’s like a place to land."

Adding to the speculation, Abrams revealed her Valentine’s Day plans, noticeably leaving out any mention of Mescal.

"I will be touring in Germany, but I actually have a few days off. My plan right now is to fly to Paris and hopefully my producer Aaron Dessner and I will write a song we love in his studio in France," she shared. "All of my songs are love letters in one way or another, so that’s my Valentine."

Rumors of a breakup started after Mescal was reportedly seen looking distressed at a North London restaurant. According to witnesses, he had his "head in his hands" while Abrams sat across from him "in fits of tears" before storming out.

Abrams and Mescal were first seen together in London in June 2024 and later made their red carpet debut as a couple at the Gladiator II premiere in November 2024.
