Prince Harry becomes ‘spare' to Meghan Markle after Royal exit

Prince Harry is reportedly frustrated with being overshadowed by Meghan Markle’s dominant public presence, four years after stepping away from royal duties.

According to palace insiders, the Duke of Sussex feels like a "spare" in his relationship with Meghan, similar to his role as the spare heir to the throne behind Prince William.

Speaking to Radar Online, a royal insider revealed that Harry holds his "publicity-driven wife" responsible for pushing him into the background. "He's apparently tired of being overshadowed and seen as Meghan’s personal sidekick," the source said. Harry is expected to return to the UK on September 30.

Some palace confidants believe that the prince now recognizes much of the situation is due to Meghan’s influence. The insider also claimed that Harry is secretly planning a return to England in a bid to gain independence from Meghan's control.

“It’s as though he’s a spare to Meghan, just as he was to William. He’s reportedly feeling isolated in their Montecito mansion, with few friends,” they added. “It’s no surprise that he’s considering a secret return to England.”
