Over 10 cops injured as police vehicle overturns in Naushero Feroze

In a recent series of unfortunate incidents involving police personnel in Pakistan, several have been injured and martyred due to vehicle accidents and attacks.

In Bhiria City, a vehicle carrying police personnel overturned, injuring 10 officers who were promptly taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. 

A similar and more tragic incident occurred in Hub, where a police mobile lost control due to a tire burst near Wandar Dubai Mosque. This accident resulted in the deaths of five police officers and injuries to three others. The injured officers were transported to District Headquarters Hospital.

In Karachi's Sachal area, a hand grenade attack on a police vehicle resulted in injuries to three police personnel. The SSP reported that a hand grenade cracker was hurled at the vehicle, causing the injuries but no fatalities.

In another separate incident, unidentified individuals attacked SSP Naseerabad Hussain Lehri’s squad with a hand grenade in Dera Murad Jamali, Naseerabad. Fortunately, no one was injured in this attack. The police, along with the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) and bomb disposal squad, quickly responded to the scene, securing the area.

These incidents highlight the dangers and challenges faced by police officers in Pakistan, both from accidents and targeted attacks.
