Princess Beatrice has made a significant gesture amid reports that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are planning a return to the UK.
After securing a major win in his legal battle with News Group Newspapers, the Duke of Sussex is reportedly eager to visit his homeland with his family. A friend of Harry's shared that the Duke wants his children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, to connect with their heritage and the place where he grew up.
In light of this, royal expert Jennie Bond speculated that Princess Beatrice, who recently welcomed her daughter Athena, might have sent photos of the newborn to Harry and Meghan. Bond told the Mirror, “I imagine that Beatrice has already sent a picture or two of Athena to Harry and Meghan.”
While Bond doesn’t believe this will prompt an immediate visit from the Sussexes, she suggested that if Harry comes to the UK for charity work or business, he may be eager to meet his new cousin. The York sisters have long had a close relationship with Harry, and they could play a role in mending ties between him and the royal family.
