Meghan Markle Redefines Her Brand Ahead of Relaunch
Meghan Markle is taking charge of her brand’s evolution, directly addressing speculation surrounding its relaunch.
The Duchess of Sussex, who first introduced her lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard last year, has now rebranded it as As Ever after encountering a copyright dispute that led to delays.
Strategic Moves for Maximum Impact
As the official launch nears, royal experts suggest Meghan is carefully orchestrating timelines to maximize her brand’s visibility.
Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams pointed out that, in addition to the name change, other strategic adjustments have been made ahead of the rollout.
“The online response to the trailer for that was overwhelmingly hostile,” he told Express.co.uk, referencing Meghan’s upcoming Netflix series With Love, Meghan. He added that there have been “reported changes to the content” to better align with audience expectations.
“Meghan’s initial launch of American Riviera Orchard last year ran into trademark complications. Now, the brand has been reintroduced as As Ever,” he explained.
“She was likely eager to synchronize the brand’s debut with her eight-part Netflix series, which has now been rescheduled for March 4.”

On Monday night, Meghan took to Instagram to personally reveal the rebrand, sharing a heartfelt video message with her followers.
“This new chapter is an extension of what has always been my love language—beautifully weaving together everything I cherish: food, gardening, entertaining, thoughtful living, and finding joy in the everyday,” she wrote in the caption.
She also teased exclusive behind-the-scenes content leading up to the launch, adding, “I can’t wait for you to get your hands on everything we’ve been creating.”
