1. The Islamabad High Court on Monday stopped the trial court from announcing the final verdict in the 190 million pounds case on Imran Khan’s request.

The Islamabad High Court on Monday halted the trial court from delivering its final verdict in the £190 million case at the request of Imran Khan.

A division bench, consisting of Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb, heard the case despite objections from the Registrar's Office.

The petitioner’s lawyers, Barrister Salman Safdar and Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry, represented Imran Khan before the judges. They argued that 35 witnesses have already testified in the reference against the PTI founder, and the last witness is currently under examination. Additionally, they highlighted that Imran Khan was arrested on the premises of the IHC in connection with the Al-Qadir Trust (£190 million) case.
