Hot weather expected

Mainly very hot weather is expected in most plain areas of country during the next twenty-four hours. However, windstorm/thunderstorm-rain is likely at isolated places in Gilgit Baltistan, Kashmir, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and northeast Punjab.
Temperature of major cities recorded on Thursday morning. Islamabad and Muzafarabad twenty-two degree centigrade, Lahore thirty-one, Karachi thirty, Peshawar twenty-six, Quetta twenty-one, Gilgit fifteen and Murree twenty degree centigrade.
According to weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of windstorm rain and thunderstorm during afternoon is expected in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramula, while very hot and dry weather during day and chances of windstorm rain and thunderstorm during evening and night in Jammu.
