"I met someone who said something about my album recently: Beyoncé," Camila recalled. "She said, 'I love your new album,' and I was just like, 'You inspire me so much.' I walked away and I cried."
During the same podcast, Camila, who released her fourth studio album *C,XOXO* in June 2024, opened up about feeling uncertain about her place in the music industry before receiving this kind of positive feedback.
She admitted she had been feeling "vulnerable and fragile" lately. "I've been spending more time on social media than I usually do, and I’ll see comments that really get to me," Camila said, explaining that it had been a particularly tough period for her.
