Artem Chigvintsev demands of spousal support from Nikki Garcia exposed

Artem Chigvintsev has requested spousal support from his estranged wife, Nikki Garcia, following her recent divorce filing.

According to court documents obtained by *People*, the 42-year-old professional dancer is seeking financial support from Nikki while also asking the judge to deny her any spousal support. Chigvintsev is also requesting that Nikki cover his legal fees and that the court address their "putative spouse" status for the period of their marriage, from August 26, 2022, to January 19, 2023.

Nikki Garcia, 40, filed for divorce on September 11, 2024, in Napa Valley, California, after two years of marriage. The filing came just two weeks after Artem's arrest for causing corporal injury to his spouse. Following the separation filing, a source revealed that Nikki had engaged a divorce lawyer.
