Meghan Markle is reportedly not interested in returning to the UK for summer retreats with the Royal Family at Balmoral. Royal correspondent Sarah Hewson highlighted that Meghan is not fond of activities like hunting, recalling an instance when Meghan was unimpressed by a shooting event at Sandringham. Hewson suggested that Balmoral would not be Meghan’s preferred destination.

Additionally, Prince William and Kate Middleton are planning to distance themselves from the Sussexes, especially during Kate's cancer treatment. Hewson emphasized that maintaining calm and reducing stress is a priority for the Wales family, making a reunion with Harry and Meghan unlikely at this time.

Despite the tensions, King Charles III is said to keep an open door policy for Harry and Meghan, although no formal invitations have been extended. The King reportedly desires a closer relationship with his son and grandchildren, despite the geographical and personal barriers that currently exist.
