A source shared with *ET* that Kate is struggling to process the loss of the 31-year-old singer, who passed away on October 16 after a fall from a hotel in Buenos Aires.
According to the source, Kate remains "in shock and disbelief" and has been leaning on close friends and family for support.
The 25-year-old influencer is now "focusing on ways to honor Liam’s life and memory."
Kate, who was with Liam just days before the former One Direction star’s passing, has since left Argentina and returned to the United States.
The couple had been on vacation together following a concert, and Kate had been sharing moments from their time together on social media.
In one of her final TikTok posts from Argentina, she shared a video showing Liam’s arm, highlighting their close connection.
The two began their relationship in October 2022, initially keeping it private, although Kate occasionally posted glimpses of their romance.
They were last seen together publicly at Paris Fashion Week in March 2024.
