Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s longtime family home may soon hit the market.
During the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show, Richards, 56, shared that she and her estranged husband, 54, are nearing a decision about their shared property. The couple, whose separation was announced by People in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage, has been struggling with the next steps regarding their home.
"Obviously, we have lived together for more than half of our lives, and it's hard to just cut that cord," Richards admitted.
Though they have yet to file for divorce, the reality star confirmed that discussions about their home have become more serious.
"We've been talking about, ‘Should I stay? Should we sell and buy two new homes? Or do we keep the house because it’s such a special property and just go our separate ways?’” Richards explained. "These are conversations we weren’t having before."
The couple shares three daughters—Alexa, 28, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 16. Richards also has a 36-year-old daughter, Farrah Brittany, from her previous marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.
Richards further revealed that Umansky moved out of their home while she was away in May, signaling that they are no longer living together.
