Channing Tatum recently hinted at a potential on-screen reunion with Ryan Reynolds. On November 12, Tatum reposted an Instagram update from Reynolds, where the *Deadpool & Wolverine* star teased a cameo in a possible *Gambit* movie, in which Tatum would portray the beloved X-Men character.

According to *People*, Tatum fulfilled his long-time dream of playing Gambit in *Deadpool & Wolverine*, which premiered earlier this year. Responding to Reynolds, Tatum playfully called him the "best human ever," adding, “This is a binding contract” with a “True Story” GIF to seal the playful pact.

Reynolds had previously joked on Instagram, saying, "When he makes a Gambit movie, I’ll return the favor… Name it.” This lighthearted back-and-forth between the actors has fueled fan excitement for a possible collaboration.

In an interview with *Entertainment Weekly's Awardist* podcast, Reynolds praised Tatum's portrayal of Gambit, calling it "singular" and describing Tatum as “beautiful physically” in the role. Although Reynolds couldn't confirm a *Deadpool & Wolverine* sequel, he mentioned that Marvel had taken note of Tatum's standout performance.

Meanwhile, Tatum, recently separated from fiancée Zoë Kravitz, is set to star alongside her in *Alpha Gang*, an upcoming sci-fi film by the Zellner brothers, with Cate Blanchett, Dave Bautista, and other prominent actors.
