Ashley Tisdale has welcomed her second daughter, making her a mother of two. The 39-year-old actress and former *High School Musical* star shared the joyful news on Instagram, posting a black-and-white photo featuring her family of four.
In the image, Tisdale, her husband Christopher French, and their 3-year-old daughter, Jupiter, can be seen holding their newborn's hand. Tisdale captioned the post, "Emerson Clover French, all three of us are obsessed with you. She arrived on 9.6.24."
