Shannen Doherty calls out ex-husband for making her suffer

Shannen Doherty, who is battling cancer, has voiced her frustration with her ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko for allegedly delaying spousal support payments, especially at a time when her income has decreased due to the expiration of streaming rights for the show "Charmed" and her ongoing health struggles.

According to court documents obtained by People, Shannen claims that Kurt is intentionally delaying the resolution of their divorce by withholding financial information. She alleges that Kurt's actions are motivated by a desire to see her pass away from her breast cancer, diagnosed in 2015, so he can avoid his financial obligations to her.

In response, Kurt's lawyers argue that he is not waiting for Shannen to die and genuinely wants to resolve the divorce proceedings for both their sakes. They claim that Shannen rejected a settlement deal last year, indicating her lack of sincerity in resolving the matter.

Shannen explains her rejection of the settlement by stating that it did not adequately address issues related to Kurt's original works created during their marriage and his earning capacity.

Shannen and Kurt first became close in 2008 and married in 2011 after three years of dating. However, they decided to part ways in 2023 after over a decade together.
