Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stated on Friday that the government is making efforts to resolve the economic crisis, and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is working with good intentions.

"We hope that the government will fulfil its promises made to the PPP," said the PPP chairman.

He addressed a rally in Karachi’s Lyari area on Friday to mark the birth anniversary of his mother and former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.

"Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto bravely fought dictatorships with the support of her people," said Bilawal. He added that the PPP is continuing her legacy and mission to serve the masses. "The team of Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah is working hard in Karachi. We have been serving this province and city for the last three generations."

Bilawal acknowledged the severe loadshedding issues faced by people and promised that the PPP would distribute solar panels throughout Sindh to provide relief. He announced that the distribution would occur over the next five years.

The PPP chairman emphasized the need to end the politics of hatred in the country. "It is really unfortunate that the politicians are not ready to shake hands with each other. We need to work together to pull the country out of the prevailing crises," he said.

Bilawal reiterated the PPP's determination to carry forward the struggle of Benazir Bhutto. He also recognized the current government's efforts to address the economic crisis but expressed disappointment over not being consulted before the budget announcement. "The government should have consulted us before the budget, and if our input had been there, it would have been better," he emphasized.
